To put it succinctly, 5 Stars from Start to Finish. This company delivered on every bit of what they say they can do. Worth every penny I invested into this remodel. For starters, the sales rep that came to my home (Alan), was professional, polite and courteous. He was neither overbearing nor pushy. He provided a very professional and informative presentation and he listened to my concerns. He knows that he is offering a quality product and a quality service from a reputable company that cares deeply about their relationship with their clients. My Project Manager was Rick. He was very professional and responsive to all communication. He took precise measurements and double checked everything before the check was cashed and the materials were ordered. He stayed involved and made sure that things were done correctly. My installers were Robert and Bryon. This is the team you want. They were exceptionally courteous, polite and informative. I watched them from start to finish; so that I could gain some confidence and insight into the products and service I had just purchased. These gentlemen are true craftsmen that care about doing a quality job right on the first pass. They DO NOT cut corners. I watched them take my old shower and bath out and put the new ones in. I am wholeheartedly convinced that this is the only company I will ever recommend to anyone regarding baths and showers. They told me that this is the last shower and bath I will ever have to buy; as long as I live in Central Florida. I believe it.
