Everything was straight forward. We changed our minds a few times on several options up front and Michelle had no issues with that. She was very attentive to our wishes. Workers showed on time. Estimated length of time to completion was accurate. They cleaned up properly. There were no hidden costs. As a matter of fact, there was a custom built $425 shower seat that could not be installed at an appropriate height due to existing piping behind the walls. Michelle took the cost of that seat off our final bill, as opposed to installing the seat too high and charging us anyway, which I thought was extremely professional. We would recommend Luxury Bath highly.
