From the first time we meet Mike, are sales contact, through the final steps of installation all things went very smoth and professional. Mike was was great throughout the process, showing us our options and helping getting our shower installed. The staff that called to schedule our installation was polite and selcoming. The staff that came in to do the installtion we very professional, they ensure the house kept clean, and asked all good questions as the installation went on. We had this installation done during COVID and all apporpreate steps were taken to ensure all were safe. We had a small hicup with the shower head but was handle with pressional care, Mike and Jennifer handled our concer quickly and to our complete saisfaction. I would highly recommend Bay State Luxury Bath. We love our new shower.
