Blown Away! Right from the start the customer service was excellent. Brittany was so very courteous on the phone. Then our appointment with Leonard was the best. One of the coolest salesman you can have. He is the man. Our installers ( sorry I don’t remember their names ) were just awesome. So professional and were on point. They came and conquered. My Wife and I are so very pleased with Luxury Bath. We didn’t want to deal with two weeks of people coming and going. Two days and the job was done. We just had to do the finishing touches. Your pictures online and in your brochures DO NOT do the end result any justice. Have Luxury Bath redo your bathroom and you too, will be BLOWN AWAY!!

With the family stuck inside for most of the last four months, it became obvious that we needed our very stale bathroom to be brought into the current century. Although I am a construction superintendent and have built complete homes, I just didn’t have the time and certainly didn’t want a crew of workers in my house for the 7-14 days a traditional bath remodel could take. Even though a friend recommended Luxury Bath, I kept dragging my feet until the wife said “do it NOW”. And she was right, every morning it is so nice to walk into the beautiful, clean, new, shower. The custom frameless glass enclosure is top quality and I’m very happy with the fit and finish. Alex the installer was courteous, skilled and wore his mask the entire time. The wife is happy so I am too-thank you Luxury Bath.

My master shower was outdated since the 70’s. Alex and his crew of two did exceptional work and were helpful with any of my questions. Alex made me feel comfortable right from the start. When I went in to check to see how they were doing , they were always willing to give me an update on what they were working on. I was amazed and so happy to see the outcome of my beautiful shower. I would certainly recommend LB to others and Alex and his two crew members that did an excellent job and cleanup after it was completed. My thank you to Leonard Siegel and Krista also for their help with questions before the work was done.

Competence/Considerate/Convenient The competence is obvious as what good is the service if it is not done competently. The service must be considerate and tailored to the customers pure desires. Convenient...The service or product must not be so laborious to receive or achieve as it will be a case of diminishing returns. Luxury Bath produces and facilitates a “professional” service/product.
